Children’s parties are always a joyous celebration for every family. Deborah Romeo was celebrating her daughter’s birthday with a bounce house. The kids were happily enjoying the celebration when the bounce house collapsed. The reason? A stranger pulled the plug and deflated the bounce house. A surveillance video captured the man committing the act.

A dozen kids were trapped under the plastic and had to be rescued. Two children are taken to the hospital to be checked for injuries. Romero said that this was not the first time they had an incident with this neighbor.
